When you encounter a bug
Please let us know in case you find a bug, you can do this by Ticket or Discord.
- It is never allowed to use or abuse any (known) bug, even if you are trying to help us out! You risk an account punish and even an akill if you do this.
Possessions lost
First, you need to make sure that you did not make a mistake or anything else that might have caused it. As soon as you are sure that it was caused by a bug, you can report it in the Ticket System.
Our policy is to not refund anything that was caused by bugs or so-called glitches. We simply cannot check what was lost and how. We will do our best to make sure the bug is fixed as soon as possible.
Developers
The Omerta crew can only report errors and bugs to the dev-team, they have no insight into the work progress as it is a department on its own. Frequently reporting the same issue/bug will not speed up a solution.
Abuse
When bugs occur in your benefit (like huge sums of money or bullets put on your account), you are not allowed to spend these items but are obligated to report it to the crew. Abuse will be punished. If you abuse a bug to create a benefit for your account, your account will be admin killed.
