1. Nature of Digital Purchases All purchases of digital goods (such as Donate Codes, in-game Credits, Lackeys, or other virtual items) from Omerta Publishing Ltd are payments made in exchange for access to additional online features and services. These purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
2. Legal Basis and Your Rights Under UK and EU consumer law, you acknowledge and agree that by completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37(1)(a)).
3. Refunds and Chargebacks All digital goods are delivered immediately and are non-refundable. If a chargeback or PayPal dispute is initiated after the delivery of digital goods, Omerta Publishing Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate associated game accounts. We are committed to resolving any issues and encourage users to contact us directly before taking such steps.
4. Permissions and Age Requirements You must have permission from the authorised account holder (credit card, bank, PayPal, mobile, or other payment service) before making a purchase. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to make any purchases or use additional paid services.
5. Payment Channels and Mobile Charges Charges may vary depending on your chosen payment provider. Mobile carriers may add fees for SMS or call-based transactions. Always check with your provider before completing such purchases.
6. Availability of Services Paid features (including but not limited to: Lackeys, DC+ status, and the ability to sell Donate Codes for in-game currency via Obay) are delivered virtually via the Omerta platform. These services are hosted exclusively on our servers and are not available for download.
7. Service Adjustments Omerta Publishing Ltd may update, suspend, or retire virtual items, services, or pricing without prior notice. While we strive to maintain stability, we cannot guarantee the continued availability of specific virtual products or features.
8. No Cash Value Virtual goods and services have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred for real-world currency. This includes in the event of account closure, service discontinuation, or changes to game structure.
9. Prohibited Conduct It is strictly forbidden to use the Omerta platform for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, buying, selling, or transferring accounts, in-game currency, Donate Codes, or virtual assets for real money or external services.
10. Legal Jurisdiction This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. All users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England for the resolution of any disputes.
