Frequently Asked Questions

Note: War system is currently not in use. This information remains here for historical accuracy, as well as for the event it becomes in use again.

What is the difference between protection time (war time) and recovery time?

Protection time is protection that happens during the war. It is a state in which a family, currently involved in the war, cannot be shot by the other family (check war system section to learn about rules for protection).

Recovery time is the time after the war. After the war is over, the family will undergo recovery time.

Example: family A attacks family B. The family B can only be attacked by family A and can only attack family A; Why is family B not free to shoot another family as attacker status?

This is made to avoid possible abuse by forcing a war on a defender and then allowing them to shoot someone else. If family B is confident enough to kill both families, that's fine. They just have to kill family A first and then can kill anyone they want by shooting after the war (losing their recovery time protection).

What if I make a random family and shoot my main family 5 seconds before plating ends? Will I be a defender and get full protection?

Plating and War System are not related to each other. Once a family attacks another, the defender will be automatically protected and can only be attacked by one single family.

How do you assign families as attackers or defenders when plating ends at a certain time, and everyone shoots at literally the same time?

In this case, the family shooting first will always be the attacker and will not gain protection (unless shooting a big family). It's not possible for everyone to shoot at the same time; there is always an order (even if millisecond-based), which is used to identify the attacker and defender.

What about famless brugs? Will they be allowed to shoot whoever they want?

Yes, famless can shoot anyone they want since their attacks are very weak.

What if a family kicks some shooter brugs just before war time?

If a family kicks brugs before war time and someone attacks them, they won't be able to invite those brugs back into the family, leaving them vulnerable to attack. If a family planning to attack uses this strategy, they will make their brugs very weak.

Example: Family A attacks Family B. Family B can only be attacked by Family A and can only attack Family A; What if Family B or C backstabs the other in the middle of the war?

Family B can't attack Family C; they are locked into shooting Family A. Only after killing Family A can they shoot back at Family C.

How does the 1x1 principle apply?

This makes no sense. We just wrote a text explaining the whole concept.

What if I make random families, shoot my family and my bloods, and join SH, will they be the defending family and not get shot by other families?

The war triggering is not based on a single shot; there are several factors that are necessary. If we detect an attempt at abuse, we will punish the abusers.

What happens if the winner defender family member attacks a famless after the war? Does protection end, or does it continue?

Attacking or defending a shoot from a famless does not count towards anything in the war system. This means you won't lose "recovery time" by shooting famless.

Does attacking Family C give protection if the winner is the defender?

Attacking families never receive protection unless they are shooting a family with 75% or more of their worth.

What do you mean by high rank? LC+Chief+Brugs or family heads? And what do you mean by adding 24h protection?

High rank refers to Local Chief and higher. A war starts at time X and continues as long as there is any death of LC+ from any side after 24 hours from the last death (or the start). If 24 hours pass and no one dies, the war is considered over, and no one gets protection.

When does war protection start for the defending family? With the first attack from Family A or with the first down?

The war is announced on chat and the forum. That's how a family knows they are under attack and protected.

Can Family C be attacked by Family D? If not, does this mean we can create three sister families and start an endless war with each other?

Yes, but what’s the purpose of that? The last family will be killed by enemies without the other "bloods/sisters" being able to help.

Is it possible to receive 2 days of protection from defending against an alone LC family? What happens if the defender repeats this cycle until the version ends?

The war doesn't start with a single shot; there are multiple factors to be considered in a war. These factors won't be publicly known to avoid abuses.

What if two low-rank family members shoot each other? Does that make these two families at war with each other?

No, there are multiple factors necessary for a war to be declared. These factors won't be publicly known to avoid abuses.

Is it also 1 spot max, or can you still hold multiple? How does this affect the bullet factory? Will it have a lower production rate because of holding one spot or not? And do we still need rank 5?

A don/capo can hold only one spot, which will have 25 members. You still need rank 5 to have a bullet factory running, but once you do, the bullet factory will produce at the maximum level (equal to 5 spots from before).
